Seven Deadly Sins Challenge Winners!
Hey!
So I'm here to announce the winners of our joint challenge @nott theodore!
thank you so much to everyone who entered our challenge!
we had a lot of fun reading and judging them! It's always difficult to choose as you are all so talented but results are as follows:
3rd place: Just a touch of Envy by @juls
This piece is focused on Ginny Weasley using the sin 'Envy'. Ginny is struggling with her feelings about Harry during her time at Hogwarts without him. We thought that the characterisation of Ginny was outstanding. Ginny's inner monologue was engaging and detailed. We loved the sin being used in such a realistic way. You have won 2 reviews and a recommendation in the correct thread! Please PM either of us if you want your reviews on specific stories! Well done, juls!
2nd place: Trick Step by @Chemical_Pixie
This piece is focused on Angelina Johnson using the sin 'Pride'. Angelina is trying to prove herself to her friends. We loved the characterisation of Angelina, taking what we know about her from canon and expanding it to create such a vivid character in Angelina. We thought it was cool that this story could have very easily by a missing moment from canon as Abby does an amazing job tying into events in chamber of secrets. It is good to see the consequence of her 'sin' too. You have won 4 reviews and a recommendation in the correct thread! Please PM either of us if you want your reviews on specific stories! Well done, Abby!
1st place: Daughter of the Sea (M) by @dirigibleplums
This piece is focused on Albus Potter using the sin 'lust'. Albus Potter sees something that he likes and willing do whatever it takes to get what he wants. We loved this piece, it was twisted but Plum's writing is so rich and vivid. This piece really stood out to us because Albus' characteristic was so interesting and unique. We thought the way the sin was written was excellent with the way it explored the idea of control coupled with lust. You have won 6 reviews, your story in our signatures and a recommendation in the correct thread! Please PM either of us if you want your reviews on specific stories! Congratulation on being our winner, Plums!
