the results are here!!

in the spring, i hosted my fourth challenge here at fft with a very simple directive. i asked you to pick an angsty taylor swift song and write a fic based off of it. the original intent of the challenge was for the fics to have a happy ending, but since that made things difficult, i scaled back and let you just write whatever you want. with whatever kind of ending you want. the biggest thing about the challenge was that i wanted you to make me feel things, yell at you in my reviews, and maybe throw things with whatever torture you put your characters through. and when i say y'all delivered... y'all fucking delivered

 i had seven (7) incredible entries with various songs, spanning over her countless albums. it was so much fun to read the entries and see your creative takes on the lyrics and the overall songs. it was incredibly hard judging -- i think i went back and forth at least three or four times. if you're a fan of angst and taylor swift, i highly encourage you to read all of these entries -- not just the winners. there are some really good fics here, guys
