applications for all staff and house newsletter editor positions will be open until october 15. all staff positions require there's no post count/join date limit, and you can apply for as many positions as you like - it's all on one application. a detailed rundown on how site staffing works can be found +here, and you can find the application +here.
if you applied in august or september, you don't need to apply again unless you'd like to apply for additional positions or change your answers - we'll still consider you this month. 
we're sorry to say that @shadowycorner and @MalfoysAngel will be stepping down from their positions as community coordinators, and @dreamshadow will be stepping down from her role as forum moderator. thank you so much for all your hard work, eli, tasha and jill!
recently we've asked all of you for feedback concerning the common rooms and ages on the forums. as a result of this, the common rooms have been abolished, and the minimum age for the forums has been raised. we are, however, still looking for feedback, so if you have any, please head to this thread!

our member of the month for august is a relatively recent return to the forums and archives who was active both on the archives and in Camp NaNo over the summer. Congratulations to @Elena!
september's member of the month is active in the writing section in the discord and posts new chapters and stories to the archives regularly, @northbound24!
our member of the month in october is a new member who's jumped into the community by offering help and leaving reviews, @roisin!
@ShazaLupin was super dedicated to activities in the hufflepuff common room throughout the summer - that dedication and hard work to site activities deserves so much recognition!
@maraudertimes has been hugely important in holding down the queue since becoming a member of the validator team, and the past few months have been no exception!
@magemadi has consistently been one of our most active and reliable staff members, including currently running fic night, spearheading our current non-story awards, and making sure other things around the site get done!
