Hi Everyone!

I OFFICIALLY (AND FINALLY) CHANGED MY NAME BY DEED POLL TWO MONTHS AGO! 


I've been out to friends as non-binary and going by Jerri in private for over a year now, and I came out to my family at Christmas 2021, knowing that I wanted to change my name to Jerri permanently. And that finally happened on Sunday 3rd July 2022!   

   

My parents still deadname me a lot (they say they're trying) which is annoying and exhausting but I know I'm lucky that they've been very accepting of my choices. It took a few weeks to change all my important documents into my new name and the only thing left now is my passport.

Looking forward to all the new adventures that await me!
