Greetings to my fellow time travelers! I come bearing recommendations for fanfics on the archives featuring stories I think you might enjoy.  

My first recommendation to you all, based on what appears to be a love of magic and worldbuilding and interesting characters is A Mourning in January by blackballet. For those of you who are not familiar with it, this gives off Practical Magic vibes and is about three sisters Maine, March, and Meade who live in a community where magic is a thing. It's very atmospheric and a really intriguing piece of original fiction. 

My second recommendation if you're in the mood for something HP related that is exceptionally well crafted, but not very often talked about on the archives is Luna Lovegood and the Forgotten Circle by Hawksquill. I read this one when it was first posted on the archives and I just couldn't stop. With Luna as our protagonist along with a whole host of notable witches from the HP series, a new magical school for girls is born. Greatly surpasses The Bechdel Test if you're looking for a wonderfully written novel with feminist vibes and great magical worldbuilding. 

And my final recommendation to the team is AP Tests and Apple Blossoms by LostRobin. There's only one chapter posted, but again, this blend of modern magic + royalty is something I feel you all can appreciate. Beatrice would just like her school year to be normal. But when her friend goes missing and she receives a strange gift, that all goes out the window. 

I chose the three stories because I think the types of stories that I have seen members of Team DeLorean write here have great magical worldbuilding, interesting characters, and are novel length. I feel like these stories all fit those three things and that's what drove me to recommend them to the team!
