Seek out the Mysterious Flute

There’s haunting music echoing up from the depths of the forest… if you go any further, you won’t be able to see anything. You should probably make sure you find something to light your way before venturing any further. Maybe your Charms OWL will teach you the right spell, or you might find something in Hogsmeade. You’ll find the first part of the password with them, and you’ll need to solve the following riddle for the second part:

We'll hypnotize or read your mind
or even just outrun you -
Don't look into our golden eyes
or we might catch you, too.

    Well, you’ve identified the source of the flutes - they’re being magically played right next to a massive three-headed dog. It doesn’t seem to be moving now, but you might want to be careful. If you’d like to get closer, post your answer to the logic question in the topic - if you’re right, a staffer will give your house the password.
