    the entrance to the library

rows upon rows of bookshelves stretch so far into the dimly lit room, that you can't see the end to it. but strangely enough, three books are set upon a small side table beside a plush red velvet chaise lounge, each with vibrantly coloured covers that seem to almost shimmer in the incandescent glow of carefully placed lanterns. you feel a pull towards them, and the faint smell of marshmallows and promises follows you as you make your way over. you notice that each cover corresponds to one of the three teams, and you pick up the one with your team's mascot on it. task: post 50 reviews reward: 100 points format: [reviewer username] - [story] by [author], chapter [#] (if multichapter) additional information: your team will have to finish this task to gain access to the rest of the library. please number reviews and try to post them in batches if possible.

    the lemonade dance

oh, come on now, you can't be that tired after the first two rounds! besides, i think i saw a rather troublesome 13 year old place a frog on your chair a minute ago, so you can't necessarily go sit down, can you? well, alright i suppose a glass of lemonade would be nice, but why don't we drink it on the dance floor - i promise i won't spill it on you! task: review chapters with at least 1000 words (cap of 50 reviews overall) reward: 50 points format: [review #]. [reviewer username] - [story] by [author], chapter [#] (if multichapter) additional information: this dance will close at 2pm EST or when 50 reviews have been posted in this thread, whichever comes first. the [number] points will be proportionately distributed among participants. help us keep track of what number we're on by numbering your reviews (i.e., by continuing the count from the previous post even if it isn't yours).

    a shining new dance

so you just had a dance, huh? still, you can never be caught unawares! bare your ambitions, because we've reached an hour where the fairies expect you out on the dance floor, so be prepared to cut a rug with them, or they'll be sorely disappointed. so twirl through their green smoke, and smile like the wonder you are! task: review chapters with at least 1000 words (cap of 50 reviews overall) reward: 50 points format: [review #]. [reviewer username] - [story] by [author], chapter [#] (if multichapter) additional information: this dance will close at 10pm EST or when 50 reviews have been posted in this thread, whichever comes first. the [number] points will be proportionately distributed among participants. help us keep track of what number we're on by numbering your reviews (i.e., by continuing the count from the previous post even if it isn't yours).

    a very big dance

you may be a little tired from all that dancing, but before you can sit down at your table, more music begins to pour from the shadows of the ballroom. another dance? you think to yourself. wow, i suppose nothing gets past those keen human senses... this time however, heavy footsteps can be heard from beyond the ballroom doors. werewolves burst through to the delight of the fairies - they're good friends after all. they begin to dougie and dab and dance to their hearts content. you make to join them but be careful as they tower over you. after all, the bigger they are, the bigger they are! task: review fics (cap of 50 reviews overall) reward: 50 points format: [review #]. [reviewer username] - [story] by [author], chapter [#] (if multichapter) additional information: this dance will close at 4:30Pm EST on January 25 or when 50 reviews have been posted in this thread, whichever comes first. the 50 points will be proportionately distributed among participants. help us keep track of what number we're on by numbering your reviews (i.e., by continuing the count from the previous post even if it isn't yours).
  5. this song is downright haunting - either they've imported it from your world, or humans aren't the only ones who want to get away from people staring at them. (even if the long fur and claws referenced in the song aren't entirely metaphorical... i mean, rude. and we're not even getting into how fucked up it is to laugh at the way someone talks. 😑) task: review dark or angsty fics (cap of 50 reviews overall) reward: 50 points format: [review #]. [reviewer username] - [story] by [author], chapter [#] (if multichapter) additional information: this dance will close when at 8:00pm EST on January 24 or when 50 reviews have been posted in this thread, whichever comes first. the 50 points will be proportionately distributed among participants. help us keep track of what number we're on by numbering your reviews (i.e., by continuing the count from the previous post even if it isn't yours).
