The Entrance Hall

 

You take in a half-breath at the enormity of it all.  For a moment, you’re certain that your heart stops.  This is the place you’ve been waiting to see, and your eyes are immediately drawn upwards to the four hourglasses that hold the rubies, diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds.  As the precious gems fall through the delicate glass, you are mesmerized.  From here, you can choose to enter the Great Hall or the Reception Hall.  Both are equally tempting.  Which will it be?
