down-in-flames Posted June 28, 2019 Posted June 28, 2019 Remember those prompts you found last week? Well, you must’ve known they’d be useful to your campaign eventually - and the time has come! This week, we’ll be solidifying your candidate’s positions on a number of issues that are very important to the wizarding world. Use the three prompts you claimed last week and draft your candidate’s stance. These should be no longer than 750 words apiece; and as a team, you’ll all select one of these three policies as your campaign’s ‘signature policy.’ This policy will be your campaign’s cornerstone, and as such, it will be the policy you submit to the House Cup Campaigns staff for quality points judging. Deliverables for Week 3 (due by 4 July at 11:59 PM EST): 3 policy positions Post these in your ‘House Cup Campaign Deliverables’ thread. Tag @down-in-flames, @grumpy cat, and @belgian quaffle (note this is different from previous weeks!) to notify us of completion. Additionally, please specifically designate which of your three policy positions you’d like to submit for quality points judging. You will be scored for completion of these three writing pieces, as well as receiving quality points for your ‘signature policies.’ You can earn up to 550 points this week.
just.a.willow.tree Posted June 28, 2019 Posted June 28, 2019 Hi I have a question Is there a minimum word count requirement? Should we try to get as close to 750 as we can? Or is it just however many words is necessary to properly communicate our policy proposals? Thank you!
