hello friends! i have recently realized i do not hate my voice, contrary to prior belief, and that i am rather alright at doing podfics, if i do say so myself!

^{^^ me being completely full of myself but not caring because this is my podfic request thread, i can do what i want}  

idk when you'll read this, but WWN might have some of my recordings up at that time. if they aren't up yet (finale probably inundated MLs with those lol), ill send you the recording first so you can decide if you also don't hate my voice, otherwise, if they are up, you are requesting knowing what my voice sounds like and are making either an informed decision, or are too lazy to check (honestly i relate)

 

The Rules:

• one slot open at a time
• multi-chaptered stories are fine, but i'll only do one chapter at a time
• turn-around will be variable based on what's happening in my life, so i will give an estimate when a request comes in (i.e. if it's during my exams it could be 2-3 weeks, if it's during a time when im not working or in school it could be 3 days, i'll let you know when you request! also word count will also factor in)

 

Things About My ~Style~:

• i will try to give characters different inflections but i can't really do different voices. or accents. i am a canadian so i can play that up, and i do speak french (with a pretty bad accent, i'm out of practice), so i can help with that, but just assume you'll get my regular voice
• also i'm much better at sarcasm/joking than super serious but i'll do both (i'm just dumb irl a lot so i'm a lot better at that)

 

Things I Won't Record:

• i'll add things here as they come up, but so far, everything's up for grabs
• except really really gross stuff. if people read it and go ew then i'm probably also going to go ew and not want to record it
