(That was a very crappy definition but hopefully it's somewhat intelligible). This is a gorgeous picspam, thank you
Lost_Robin Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 I left you a review! Alas, I don't have any book reviews, but Jonathan Young does metal covers of Disney songs, if that's your jam!

abhorsen. Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 idk if you've read it, but book recommendation! - spillover: animal infections and the next human pandemic by david quammen it's really, really interesting if you like medical mysteries and/or zoonotic diseases, and it's not at all dry.

ineffable_season Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Hiya Olivia! I just wanted to stop by and wish you a happy beginning of December! I left you some reviews on The Man with the Twisted Face. I also see you're asking for book recs. While I don't read a lot of nonfiction in the same areas as you, I do have a couple of sciencey fiction recommendations if you'd be game on hearing about them? They are: An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green Dark Matter by Blake Crouch Sorry if you've read these already! But feel free to share your thoughts if that's the case Courtney

magemadi Posted January 2, 2021 Posted January 2, 2021 hello hello hello! I come bringing some music recommendations for you! 1. The Amazing Devil -- they're a folk/rock duo/band (the guy is Joey Batey, who is our fave bard Jaskier from The Witcher netflix show, and the gal is Madeleine Hyland) who put out an album in March that just gives me all the writing vibes! Plus, like, goddamn do some of their lyrics hit different than you think they will. 2. KAYE -- she's an alternative/indie rock artist from NY who dropped her latest album "Conscious Control" in November, and she's got some very rad guitar bits in a few songs + great lyrics & thematic flows throughout the whole album. 3. The Fisherman's Friends -- honestly the only reason this is on my list is bc i watched a (fictionalized) movie about this group and honestly it was so great so....yep. they're a group of fishermen by day in cornwall that sing sea shanties and the like and got picked up by a record label in 2010 but like, just listen bc their harmonies are just so great and it's lovely. happy new year, liv!!
