Congratulations on discovering a hidden room within Wren's mansion, whether it be by cleverness or clumsiness! However, in order to fully gain entry to these chambers, Wren chose to lock each door with a simple riddle.

You can choose to attempt to solve one riddle at a time or some all four at once -- either way, detectives will let you know by editing your hidden guess post(s) which answers are correct and the rooms you may now enter. There are no location restrictions to guess the answer to these riddles, so feel free to make guess we as you work your way through the mansion collecting clues!

For those with a clever mind, you may have caught onto somewhat of a theme for some of the room names here in the mansion, and these secret room passwords play into that! We're looking for you to discover the name (or at the very least, a part of the name as you'll soon catch onto the through-line of each room.

Each guess costs 1 review (of any story), and multiple guesses may be made at once.

 

Secret Room One+

by my light much can be revealed,
but in my absence murkiness prevails.
inner clarity soon unsealed,
within cyclical language that details.

 

Secret Room Two+

in the place where guests may rest,
sparkling rays frequently appear.
if you lead the way on this quest,
brightness and warmth will be near.

 

Secret Room Three+

find this place of respite from the ale,
where lilac colors sooth the soul.
prevent the boil and exhale,
should someone beat you to your goal.

 

Secret Room Four+

this namesake's entrance forms under pressure,
and nature's fury should not be tested.
leave here feeling much fresher,
which the wintry aura requested.
