Reason for Nomination: Di is always encouraging when she pops onto the site, and JulNo has been no exception! Not only does she have excellent writing aspirations of her own, but she's also left several thoughtful questions and comments in various novel nests. The thought Di puts into interacting with people here always feels personalized and genuine.

Reason for Nomination: Melanie has really shined in her staff duties, working non stop to revive the forums recently! She's been giving new steam to threads like review tag, leaving a lot of encouraging reviews around, and she's been introducing new activities and taken the reins of a lot of the old ones too. And she's given us the quickest Inkys results in the history of FFT  I think she really deserves to be recognized for it all!
