(Just as important to know is this: Fanfictalk is not shutting down; we are simply unable to continue supporting the archive side of it.)

The announcement post addresses how and why this came about. We've created this subforum to provide more information, and to provide practical tips and moral support for FFT members to cross-post their fics to other archives if they so choose.
